I'm just a girl. At least, that's all I want to be. Unfortunately, I'm a complicated mess of a girl with emotional weirdness, trust issues, and a sometimes dark humor that people say I use as a defense mechanism.

Other than that, I hope I'm fun to be around, easy to be referred to as a good friend, intelligent and I *try* not to judge. That is to say, that while I try, I'm not always successful. I have certain prejudices against certain things and that's ok. I'm trying to get over them.

I'm in school full time at the University of New Orleans studying Environmental Science. My plan after receiving my B.S. is to return in a grad program (I may skip the Master's and go into my Doctorate)to eventually because a Dr of Environmental Toxicology. I'm currently working at a job I'm not happy with and am looking for another one.
