I GOT A JOB!!!

I can't remember the last time I felt this relieved.

I think that was better than sex..
...maybe not.

I'll be working for a mineral testing company. They test coal, water, other..liquids..

I'm not entirely sure what they test and what they test for, but it's a data entry position and I will probably even get to help out in the lab from time to time. That part totally appealed to me. It's not exactly the money I wanted, but it'll do and, if necessary, because of the hours, I can get a second job later.

I had my interview this morning. Got called by the staffing agency just after 1pm, took my drug test this afternoon and start tomorrow morning. That's the quickest hiring job I can remember. I'm so hyped up right now, I think I'll have to drug myself to go to sleep.

Sounds sorta like my son...went to New Orleans, interviewed, hired before he left the interview room, sent to take the drug test and was asked to return that night at 6 p.m. to start!

Yanno, once I think I'm getting used to the altitude, I run out of breath. It's getting easier.

Last night I got to play in snow for the first time. I wasn't out there long because I wasn't willing to be sick right away at my new job. But it was very cool!
