So, just one more reason why I hate drugs and drug users. Heath Ledger was a good actor and he was really freakin good looking. He had a lot going for him and a daughter and now...dead. Unbelievable. Drugs suck.
I think I understood my Chem lecture better this morning than I did last Thursday. Unfortunately, I believe there was a quiz this morning and I was about 20min late so I may have missed it. <shrugs> On the Chem subject, last week and this week are the first two times I can remember being pissed off at everyone being so technologically "with it." Not only did I have to pay over $100 for a used Chem book, but now I have to turn around Friday and pay another almost $50 to be able to do my homework in the class. And does the homework count for a grade? Of course it does! If it didn't count for a grade, I'd tell em to go fuck themselves and pay for me to be able to do my homework. Assholes. That's not my only class. Algebra homework will eventually be online as well, but luckily, I found an Alg. book with the access codes and software attached. Will the math department eventually get with it and make us use it like they say they are? Probably not. Fuckers.
I haven't bought my book yet for my Historical Geology class. I will try to buy the 7th edition for cheaper. He said there's about a page difference, but that everything else is the same. At least that's good to hear. I have to buy the book for my Tox class, but I'm going to wait until I feel like I need it before I do that. Money is too tight and I still owe the school almost $400. I'm just incredibly relieved that they didn't purge my classes. I was like a fiend at the computer over the weekend checking my email to make sure I didn't get notice of purge. Yay.
My Historical G. professor said that he will attempt to contact the department chair about an appeal for my grade last semester. If it goes by him...who knows. The man is difficult and incredibly hard to track down. So good luck to me with that.
Apparently the two I wrote about read my journal. The last post comments are evident of that one and the other guy called about 2 hours after I wrote that last one. Mr. Blush has met a girl, as I posted. She seems nice...
I hope he doesn't feel offended by this, if he is, I'm sorry, but with him not feeling well, I don't want to discuss it verbally. After about 3 1/2 weeks since you've met her, it went from friends to it's nice to have someone there to it's temporary to love? That's what I've read on her side of it. I'm not stalking or getting in your business, persay, but I'm concerned. She wants a boyfriend to keep in her bed and in her life until...July? I am not going to question your motives because ultimately, you know yourself better than I do, but...and I'll say it again...please be careful.
Anyway, I need to get to some graphing and then drag out my Algebra homework. I'll have my phone on if anyone gets the urge.
